DTX Switched Gel is a gentle exfoliating agent that changes the common perception of exfoliation product.
Contains glycerin, a naturally occurring component that generates mild warmth through friction. When gently massaged for 2–3 minutes, the skin’s surface temperature increases by approximately 2°F. This gentle mechanism makes the treatment suitable for all skin types.
The warmth helps expands the pores and soften dead skin cells. As pores open, the gel helps bring all the waste, impurities, and excess oil to the surface of the skin--prepping it for exfoliation.
Besides working with the Gommagic device, the gel can be used for other purposes. It can be used as a massage cream replacement on various body parts, including the face, arms, legs, heels, and areas with calluses. When done, remove gel with a wet sponge or towel.

Energy Boost is the name of one of COSGRAM’s signature treatment using the basic set. It aims to give the skin energy, make it glow, and strengthen the skin barrier at the same time. This is done by boosting elasticity and aiding skin cells in creating the optimal conditions for regeneration.
Recommended for sensitive, dry, or irritated skin
Ideal to perform after peels or retinol to quickly repair and strengthen the barrier
Like with other treatments, it is important to keep a neat space at all times. As reference, here is how COSGRAM sets up their cart. Make sure you also have additional materials available such as gauze, cotton, spatulas, wipes, and more.
Pump Intoscene Cleansing 2-3 times on a cotton pad and gently rub away from the center of the face. *Use All-in-One remover first if you have heavy makeup on.
Apply Pico Water to soothe and hydrate your skin. You can pump on your hand and apply to your face, use sprayer, or pump on the cotton pad.
Use spatula to liberally apply DTX switched gel and gently rub your skin for about 5 minutes, rinse with water or wipe off with warm towel
Repeat step 2. It will also enhance the absorption of the next product.
*Apply Bio P-Exosome on the skin to promote skin regeneration/anti-aging
Apply Fiber Dropper to your cleansed skin about a quarter size. Put the Fiber Pointer lightly on your skin and rotate the hexagonal surface evenly over the applied fiber dropper
*Use ultrasound head of the I-Cool Plus machine to enhance absorption and effectiveness
Apply a thick layer of Dermal Hyper Pack Cream and put Dermal Hyper Pack Sheet on top to enhance absorbability
Apply thin layer of Dermal Hyper Pack Cream and put Exosome Bio-Gel mask to soothe the skin
